Return Eligibility 
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. All products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all tags intact.
 
Non-Returnable Items 
Used, damaged, customized or clearance items are not eligible for return.
 
Return Process 
Contact our support email first to obtain a return authorization before sending back items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
 
Refund Terms 
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
